Specialty Flavoured Coffee combines high-quality coffees with carefully balanced flavours.
We use coffee from Honduras as our base – one of Central America’s most significant coffee-growing regions, known for its balanced, sweet and pleasantly approachable flavour profiles. The natural sweetness, moderate acidity and balanced body make these coffees the ideal foundation for flavoured speciality coffees. The coffee remains recognisable as coffee and blends harmoniously with the respective flavours.
The result is a well-rounded, smooth and balanced cup, in which the coffee and flavour complement each other without competing. In our own roastery, these speciality coffees are roasted traditionally and gently in a drum roaster to ensure a harmonious interplay between the coffee and the flavour.
Origin and PlantationDiscover the familiar pleasure of our flavoured coffee classics – now also decaffeinated! As usual, only high-quality Arabica beans find their way into our flavoured coffees. The beans are carefully decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process and then gently roasted to perfection in our in-house roastery using the drum roasting method.Character and TasteThe fine aroma of the roasted coffee bean is perfectly complemented by the added hazelnut flavour – our “Happy Hazelnut” is an exciting taste experience for coffee connoisseurs who love variety!
