This rare Pink Bourbon variety comes from the highlands of Huila, Colombia, a region known for diversity and innovation in coffee cultivation. The Pink Bourbon variety is a natural cross between red and yellow Bourbon plants and is prized for its vibrant flavours. Small farmers cultivate this variety at altitudes of over 1,750 m – carefully fermented and washed.
