And here's how it works: Pour ground coffee into the jug. Depending on the coffee type and personal taste, between 40 g and 50 g of medium-ground coffee powder is usually recommended. Now fill the pot about halfway up with water at 90° C to 95° C. Stir the coffee after one minute and then fill the jug completely with hot water. After approx. 3 minutes, place the lid on the jug and press the stamp down slowly. This separates the ground coffee from the liquid. Now enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.
