A matcha kit for everyone and anyone: starters and professionals! This practical set, consisting of a matcha whisk, a whisk holder, and a matcha spoon, provides you with the basic equipment you need to prepare matcha. Perfect for at home or as a gift for passionate matcha fans. And here's how it works: Use the bamboo spoon to measure 1 g of matcha per 100 ml of water into a bowl and add 80°C water according to the selected amount of tea. Now whisk the matcha with the bamboo whisk for about 15 seconds until frothy. Then rinse the bamboo whisk with water and leave it to dry on the whisk holder. Enjoy your freshly prepared matcha directly from the bowl or matching cups. The matcha kit comes in an attractive gift packaging with a trendy design.

Good to know: The fine bamboo spoon (chashaku) is ideal for measuring small amounts of matcha powder due to its slim silhouette. In addition, the material prevents electrostatic charging, so that little powder sticks to the spoon. This makes the tea preparation particularly easy and clean.

It's the inner values that count - and our high-quality Japanese matcha bowl "Sachiko" proves this impressively. Why? Because the inside surprises with an elaborate reactive glaze and a special decoration. This shows the spiral of a unalome. The Buddhist and Hindu symbol consists of three fragments and stands for man's path to freedom. Framed by the black colour of the porcelain bowl, the decoration with its symbolic power is the focus of attention and becomes the main actor of this exclusive item. For the preparation of your favourite matcha, simply fill about 1 g of powder per 100 ml of water in the bowl and add 80° warm water according to the selected amount. The bowl is suitable for preparing a maximum of 300 ml of matcha. Now whisk the tea with a bamboo whisk for about 15 seconds until frothy. Then enjoy your freshly prepared Matcha directly from the bowl and, inspired by the unalome decoration, let your thoughts run free: What does freedom mean to you and where can you find it?

Our bamboo whisk with the item number 67779 as well as the matcha spoon 89170 are ideally suited for the proper preparation of matcha in this bowl. You can find a selection of exclusive matcha teas here in our webshop under "Green Teas".

Discover the fine art of matcha preparation with our high-quality bamboo whisks. These traditional tools, also known as a chasen, have been used in Japanese tea ceremonies for centuries and are now experiencing a renaissance, as matcha is not only a symbol of mindfulness and enjoyment, but also a modern trend that stimulates both body and soul. And here's how it works: Put some matcha powder in a bowl and pour hot water over it. Whisk the tea with a bamboo whisk in quick, loose movements to create a fine foam. Now enjoy your freshly prepared and aromatic matcha. After use, the whisks can be easily cleaned with warm water. Important: always allow to dry well, preferably on a suitable whisk holder, to preserve the fine shape and ensure good ventilation of the bristles. Our chasens are made of bamboo, a rapidly renewable raw material that is particularly sustainable. For perfect moments of enjoyment, where tradition and modern lifestyle merge, combine the matcha whisks with our elegant matcha bowls and practical bamboo whisk holders.
