TeaMotions^® – A Delicious Fusion of Fruit Gums and Tea

TeaMotions^® are a unique invention for all those lovers of fruit gums who would also like to enjoy the benefits of flavoured tea. These fruity gums, shaped as teapots and teacups, are made of high-quality ingredients and quickly dissolve in hot water to create a delicious, aromatic hot beverage. Production Process of TeaMotions^®

To produce our TeaMotions^®, we use a 3D stamp with our self-designed cup and mug moulds. This is pressed onto a bed of corn starch to create the mould into which our special fruit gum mix is poured.

The teapot and teacup design with the comical, emoji-like faces are then left to dry in the drying room for two to seven days, allowing them to develop their unique texture. Using a conveyor belt, they are removed from the moulds and the starch powder is sieved off.

Even though this type of production is a time-consuming process, the great advantage of this type of mould is that the small TeaMotions^® are particularly easy to remove from the mould and fine details such as the funny faces can be cast in at all.

After removing the powder, known as ‘de-powdering', our TeaMotions^® go through an oiling process in a large drum, resulting in the typical gummy bear shine. Now the cheerful teapots and cups are packaged and sent to us in Hamburg and from here to the whole wide world - and to you.
