Preparation:
Put the tapioca pearls in boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes. Leave to simmer for a further two minutes with the lid on.
Then cool with cold water and add 1 tsp sugar to the tapioca pearls. Meanwhile, pour 200 ml of hot water over the tea (together with 1 teaspoon of sugar, according to taste) and leave to brew for 2-3 minutes. Now add the tapioca pearls to the tea. If you like, you can now add the cold milk and the bubble tea becomes a bubble latte.
