Our tea tasters have put together a small, yet noble selection of very different, exceptionally harmonizing, semi-fermented teas for you. This Oolong Selection benefits from the synergy between choice qualities from Thailand (Chiang Rai), China (Fujian), Vietnam (Lam Dong) and Formosa (Nantou). Fresh, flowery facets harmonize marvellously with rather sturdy characters and some full bodied, rusty nuances.Every cup is pure pleasure! Ingredients: half-fermented tea, Osmanthus blossoms.
Whether it brings back childhood memories or it’s still your favourite dessert: rice pudding with sugar and spice puts a smile to anyone’s face. We sought inspiration from the taste of our semi-fermented Ti Kuan Yin, with its unique, slightly creamy nuance and underlined it further with a delicate dessert note. We let this tea speak for itself, according to the motto “less is more” and leave it with a pinch of cinnamon. You’ll be sure to want a second helping!.
Kent: this Typica selection is named after the Kent Estate in India, where this variety was bred. Today Typica is widespread in East Africa and is perhaps the origin of all Arabica qualities. The dark leaf of this fermented Kent variety is beautifully and openly twisted and has brown parts. The cup colour shimmers golden-brown and the taste of this coffee leaf tea is mild, slightly tart with a hint of malt in the finish.
This semi-fermented Kent variety, whose leaf is very reminiscent of high-quality oolong teas, also impresses in appearance with its shades of brown. The cup colour is golden-orange and has a mild, slightly sweet taste.
