For this creation, we didn't economise on the appearance at all! Plenty of strawberry slices and pieces, white puffed buckwheat and rhubarb pieces beautifully dominate the rather plain appearance of the apple base. The taste of sweet strawberries and juicy rhubarb is coated in creamy, sweet, cake-like notes. Like a crumble straight out of the oven.
