Images of snow-covered chalets surrounded by pine woods and far away from the hustle and bustle of pre-Christmas stress inspired us to this creation. Contemplative quietude, endless landscapes, stars so close you can almost touch them and a crackling fire, whose warming light seeps from the windows and glitters on the icicles. This calls for a cup of steaming tea full of the season’s highlights: mountain blueberry and blackberry leaves, pine nuts and the very special, unique taste of pure pine needle oil coupled with sweet, fruity blueberries. Spruce tenderly kisses blueberries under the mistletoe..
Santa loves cinnamon twists! This is why we sought to prepare this sweet pastry consisting of creamy cake notes and intensively sweet cinnamon for his big day… but only to sip on. We don’t want the chimney to get too tight so that we would have to miss out on our gifts. Sweet blackberry leaves add the special kick of sweetness, star aniseed and ginger pieces take care of the Christmas spice. Sweet gingerbread men and roasted buckwheat perfectly round off the taste of freshly baked cinnamon buns. Special highlights are gingerbread men and roasted buckwheat.
The fruity, zesty scent released when peeling mandarins awakens memories of the cosy winter season. Along with the spiciness of turmeric, ginger and cinnamon, this composition warms us from the inside. Rounded off by a mildly creamy honey note and the addition of Manuka honey powder, no wishes have been left unfulfilled.
We’re baking winter cookies and for our recipe we’re weighing out spicy ginger, sweet raisins, grating a little liquorice root, chopping almonds and adding a pinch of cinnamon, a hint of cardamom and a dusting of cocoa. We decided on a deliciously creamy marzipan filling for the perfect finish. The taste of our favourite, spiced almond cookie will be loved by every Christmas elf.
For all sweet teeth who feel a yearning for something sweet while picking herbs: pure indulgence! This tea combines the fruity sweetness of oranges with the fine dark characteristic peel of cocoa. The special kick comes from the lemon grass in combination with apples. Let yourself be seduced!
