Preparation:
Brew the green tea
with the cane sugar in 1 litre of approx. 80 °C water and let
steep for 2-3 minutes. Fill ice cubes into a large pitcher and
pour in the tea. Wait until it is completely cooled down. Squeeze the lemon and
add the juice to the tea. Pour in the mineral water and
mint and decorate with ginger and some
lemon slices. A perfectly refreshing summer drink.
Extra Tip:
GIN
After Sunset: Prepare the tea as described above and add 20 ml
Gin.
- Ingredients:
- 5-6 tsp. green tea “Sencha Sakura”, item no. 22560
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 handful mint
- cut Ginger
- 1 litre mineral water
- 3 tsp. cane sugar
- crush ice or ice cubes
