The popular long drink with a slightly bitter taste is a classic among refreshing mixed drinks. Some gin varieties contain up to 100 different herbs, berries, spices and citrus peel, which bestow each gin with its very specific aroma. In our creation, the "gin tea" gets its mildly smoky note from the mate leaves. Hints of blackcurrant give the infusion a fruity, tart twist and harmonise perfectly with the other ingredients in the background.
