The cooperative "Jasbire Tea", founded by several small-scale farmers in 2015, aims to sustainably produce exceptional teas and thereby secure the long-term livelihoods of over 150 households in the Ilam region. The quality offered to us here was cultivated and produced at altitudes ranging from 1,400 meters to 2,100 meters. The lightly shiny, beautifully twisted leaves feature a few leaf tips, the infusion glimmers slightly reddish and smells wonderfully malty. In terms of taste, exquisite notes of cocoa and dark chocolate emerge, lingering on the palate for a long time. A truly fascinating tea!
