This tea is an unfermented specialty from the tea growing region of Assam. It arouses the interest of green tea and Assam friends by its fine, regular, tender-green leaf. Its unique green tea character makes this tea an extraordinary example in our wonderful world of tea. It is most remarkable how this normally black fermented leaf uses its green tea note. The scent is slightly grassy, and this note is also included in the amber-colored cup, which gives it an underlying body.
