Chocolate Coconut Latte Bubble Tea
Preparation:
Put the tapioca
pearls in boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes. Leave to simmer
for a further two minutes with the lid on.
Then cool with cold water and
add 1 tsp sugar to the tapioca pearls. Meanwhile, pour 200 ml
of hot water over the tea (together with 1 teaspoon of sugar,
according to taste) and leave to brew for 2-3 minutes. Now add the tapioca
pearls to the tea. If you like, you can now add the cold milk
and the bubble tea becomes a bubble latte.
TIP: Tastes
especially good iced. Let the tea cool and serve the bubble tea with ice
cubes.
- Ingredients:
- 1 tsp black tea blend Bon Tea (Item No. 22027,
chocolate/coconut flavour)
- 200 ml boiling water
- 100-200 ml cold milk (depending on taste)
- 1-2 tbsp tapioca pearls (Item No. 18610-250)
- 1-2 tsp sugar
