Preparation:
Brew the green/white tea blend
“Angel’s Kiss” with 1 litre of water at 75-80 °C and let it steep for
approx. 3 minutes. Pour the tea into a pitcher filled with ice and leave to cool
completely. Scrape out the pulp of the passion fruits and add
it to the tea. Add the passion fruit nectar, the cinnamon rods
and the cardamom powder and stir. Garnish with fresh mint.
Cocktail Tip: FOR THE TINGLING NOTE
Prepare the ice tea as described above and fill up with your favourite
prosecco or sprakling wine.
