Origin and Plantation
Nowadays, China also produces great Arabica qualities. Our “China Simao“ comes from the cultivation area of the same name in the Province Yunnan. Coffee shrubs grow at altitudes of 1,200 - 1,600 m. The favourable geographic location which offers climatic conditions that are very similar to those in Colombia, offers ideal preconditions for the growth of the plants. The result is a strong coffee with a full body, a delicately light note of fruits and a very pleasant acidity.
