This beautiful artwork is inspired by the well-known work "Le Chat Noir" by the French Art Nouveau painter and artist Théophile-Alexandre Steinlen. It was created as a commissioned work and poster design for a popular cabaret in Montmartre. From 1881 to 1897, this was the meeting place for many writers, actors and chanson singers and was called Le Chat Noir - the black cat. As the first modern cabaret with table service and stage performances, Le Chat Noir quickly gained popularity and hosted many stars and politicians. The Cha Cult design takes up essential elements of the original poster and interprets them in a modern way.

This extraordinary series shows interpretations of different world-famous artworks by the Austrian artist Gustav Klimt. "The Kiss" is one of the most famous motifs of Art Nouveau painting. It shows a couple in love and is considered the most popular work from Klimt's golden phase. "The Expectation" is a section of a mosaic frieze that Klimt made in 1910/1911 for the Palais Stoclet in Brussels. The motif's fine decorative elements pay homage to Egyptian mysticism and symbolism, which were central themes in Klimt's "golden period".  The "The Virgin" shows women who each represent different stages of life.
