Our fun herb mix is a combination of ingredients that all hold a very special tartness, each in its own way. Sorrel plays one of the main roles here; it is more commonly known for its secondary role in salads or as an ingredient in the “Frankfurt Green Sauce". We wanted to do something about this and have harmonised the “good weed" with the tart notes of lemon verbena, lemongrass, melissa and sour apple pieces. Too sour? Not at all! Just delicious!
