Rhubarb Spritz
Preparation:
Pour 300 ml boiling
water over the fruit tea blend and leave to infuse for 30
minutes. Fill a large jug
with ice and pour the tea over it.
Leave to cool until the tea is completely cold. Top up with 500
ml
mineral water. Add basil to taste if
desired.
Extra Tip: GIN & TONIC
Instead of mineral water, add
500 ml tonic water and 200 ml gin. The perfect
long drink!
