Preparation:
Add the tapioca pearls to boiling
water and simmer for 3 minutes. Leave to infuse for another two minutes with the
lid on. Then cool with cold water. Meanwhile, pour 200 ml of boiling hot water
over the tea along with the sugar and leave to steep for at least 10-12 minutes.
Add the juice, berries and ice cubes. A dash of sparkling water can be added if
desired.

- "Bitter Lemonade", Item No. 21141
- 200 ml boiling water
- 1-2 tsp. sugar - to taste
- 1-2 tbsp. tapioca pearls, Item No. 18610-250
- 50 ml blackcurrant juice
- 50 ml blackcurrants
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water
