For our "Pomegranate" coffee, we select the finest Arabica beans from the green hills of Central America. At high altitudes with a mild climate and fertile soil, the coffee cherries ripen slowly and evenly – a prerequisite for their balanced, elegant aroma. The beans are gently roasted to preserve their natural sweetness and clarity. This gentle roasting creates the perfect basis for the noble pomegranate aroma: a combination of craftsmanship, authenticity and modern sophistication.

Character and Taste

This coffee combines the delicate acidity and fruitiness of pomegranate with the mild, rounded depth of Arabica coffee. From the very first sip, a delicate, slightly exotic freshness unfolds with a hint of elegant sweetness. The pomegranate aroma harmoniously envelops the velvety roasted aromas, providing the coffee with a fascinating interplay of lively and smooth, tangy and refreshing.

Our tip: combined with a dash of milk or milk foam, the aroma becomes even more rounded and reminiscent of a creamy fruit moment. Perfect for enjoyable afternoons, inspiring breaks or as a special highlight in between – a coffee that tastes of sunshine, elegance and a hint of the exotic.

For our "Elderflower Love" we have chosen Arabica beans from the gentle highlands of Central America. In the clear mountain air and under ideal climatic conditions, the coffee cherries ripen slowly and develop their fine, balanced aroma. A particularly gentle drum roasting process creates a soft, harmonious base that is perfect for absorbing the delicate, floral and fresh notes of elderflower, lemon and mint. The result is a coffee that combines simplicity, lightness and modern sophistication.

"Elderflower Love" is like a spring walk in a cup: delicate, floral and refreshing. The subtle sweetness of the elderflower combines with the lively freshness of lemon and a cool hint of mint to create a surprisingly clear, fragrant taste experience. The mild Arabica coffee provides a warm, gentle contrast with a subtlety that allows the aromas to emerge without overpowering them. The result is a coffee with incomparable lightness – refreshing, yet pleasantly smooth. An ideal companion for sunny moments, creative breaks or simply when you want to brighten up your day.

Our tip: adding a little milk or milk foam makes the coffee creamier and allows the elderflower to come into focus, while lemon and mint provide a delicate, summery finish.

The beans are carefully decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process and then gently roasted to perfection in our in-house roastery using the drum roasting method.

Character and Taste
The combination of chocolate and orange has always been a winning one. The delicately melting chocolate flavour and the sweetness of the orange harmonize exceptionally well with the fine coffee. You have to try this delicious coffee composition.

A delicate, fresh caramel aroma is released when you open the package. The step between coffee and caramel is a short one, as both are well known and loved. The creamy, sweet taste is enhanced by adding milk or cream to your steaming cup of coffee.
