Matcha is prepared by dosing it with a matcha spoon in a bowl (approx. 2 matcha spoons for 100ml) and then pouring water with 80-90 °C over it. Now stir until frothy with a matcha whisk - for about 1-2 minutes.

For the preparation of your favourite matcha, simply pour approx. 1 g of matcha per 100 ml of water into the bowl and add 80° warm water according to the selected amount. The bowl is suitable for preparing a maximum of 400 ml of matcha. Whisk the tea with a bamboo whisk for approx. 15 seconds until frothy. Then enjoy your freshly prepared matcha straight from the bowl.
