We based our idea on a delicious semi-frozen dessert: a sweet and creamy chocolate-tonka parfait served with juicy, steaming-hot cherries perfects the festivities. White stars shine amongst cherry pieces, cocoa peel and delicate pink cornflower blossoms on our mild Rooibos base. A must-have for all Christmas angels and those in training.
