We’re baking winter cookies and for our recipe we’re weighing out spicy ginger, sweet raisins, grating a little liquorice root, chopping almonds and adding a pinch of cinnamon, a hint of cardamom and a dusting of cocoa. We decided on a deliciously creamy marzipan filling for the perfect finish. The taste of our favourite, spiced almond cookie will be loved by every Christmas elf.
