With the products of the company “Mania” we seek to revive the tradition and pureness of making bonbons. The focus hereby lies on almost forgotten sweets of past times which have been replaced by the mass ware of today. The search for traditional recipes of these rarities was done by this company just as carefully as the subsequent making of the sweets. In order to document this, not only the optic, but also the taste had to be according to tradition. Hence, each bonbon has a history to tell and surprises and impresses with a pure, almost forgotten taste.
