The harvesting takes place in India directly after the First Flush and before the Second Flush.
Characteristics:
- Leaf and infusion are already more brown and the taste is fuller and more aromatic.
The Inbetween if often used as a profitable blend-quality. Due to the high demand the prices are not as cheap.
