As reliable partner for our D&B gourmet coffee we chose a traditional coffee factory in Hamburg that has been proving competence for more than 180 years. This trustworthy roasting house possesses immense experience in the entire coffee business. Excellent raw coffees of selected plantations in connection with the technical skills of a quality roaster have as a result coffee of outstanding quality. Our D&B coffees have always been roasted traditionally slowly in the gas - fueled drum. We do not support the industrial shock roasting.

Through perfect treatment our roasters are able to transform the still green into an exciting new coffee experience. Either, the noble Best of Brazil, the convincing Mexico Maragogype Tapachula, the aromatic Costa Rica Tarrazu or the impressive Ethiopia Sidamo, our first-class coffees always obtain the best grades at international contests. With the well-balanced and gentle Columbia Supremo, the fine and fruity Guatemala Antigua and the chocolate-like Kenya Kiundi we offer a selection of plantation coffees of incomparable taste to the coffee friend.

The D&B coffee specialties are blends of select raw coffees and perfectly matched creations, for any coffee connoisseur who is expecting something special. Our espresso specialties are strong, spicy and sweet compositions with a vivid aroma. The Schümli with its full taste is especially chosen by coffee friends loving mild coffees. The Mild Mélange (stomach-friendly) is characterized by its especially mild roasting. Coffee lovers who prefer exquisite and full coffee aroma will surely find a sort to their liking.
