True to their name, the founders of this small, Australian company have made a virtue out of necessity. Not finding premium quality cocoa beans, they founded the very first cocoa farm in Australia. This really unique cocoa was then combined with the best Australian red wines. Ok, wine chocolate is not really new on the market, but it was usually produced with artificial flavours. To make Cocoa Farm chocolate, natural grapes are injected with Shiraz, Merlot or Pinot Noir wines. A chocolate with an uncomparable wine character that has won the first price for innovation and excellence last year.
