Le foglie fragranti sono state raccolte e lavorate accuratamente e i fiori di gelsomino sono stati passati in un setaccio molto fine, cosícché il sapore del fiore non risulti troppo aggressivo. In tazza l´infuso ha un colore chiaro, leggermente giallo e l´intenso bouquet di gelsomino emerge immediatamente. Ingredienti: tè semifermentato, fiori di gelsomino.

Probably one of the most unusual tea specialities in terms of production as well as character is produced almost entirely by hand in the Province of Fujian. Immediately after withering the still moist leaves are heated shortly in milk water steam, which conserves the pretty, lightly olive-green leaf and cup colour and invokes the distinct creamy scent and taste. Subsequently, the leaves are rolled manually and dried. An extremely mellow tea, which we are sure, will quickly win over many new lovers.

The premium ginseng Oolong (also called Lan Gui Ren or Ren Shen) comes from the Chinese province of Hainan and is based on high quality green Oolong, which is blended with very small amounts of powderised ginseng and liquorice root. Only the youngest sprouts are "dusted" with a fi ne coat of these ingredients, after withering and rolling and before the subsequent drying stage. The optic of this reminds of small rolled, pressed olive-green tea bits or nuggets. The cup is golden-green while the "ingredients" underline the delicately soft, slightly sweet fl avour. The tea can be infused more than once, but the fi rst two infusions are the best... Ingredients: green tea, Ginseng powder, liquorice.
