La dottrina Feng Shui si pone l´obiettivo di creare armonia tra gli esseri umani e ció che li circonda. Per creare questa cosiddetta "Chi" (flusso di energia positiva), è necessario che ci sia un perfetto equilibro tra i cinque elementi: legno, fuoco, terra, metallo e acqua. Secondo la dottrina Feng Shui questi elementi sono rispettivamente rappresentati dai colori verde, rosso, giallo, argento e blu, cosí come trovano espressione nelle forme intrecciata, appuntita, piatta, rotonda e arricciata: a ognuna di questa forma corrisponde un ingrediente di questa tisana, a cui si aggiunge un tocco di aroma naturale per completarne l´armonia. Ora spetta a voi il compito di aggiungere il quinto elemento, l´Acqua, cosicché possiate raggiungere anche voi questo stato di perfetto equilibrio! Questa delicata tisana è caratterizzata da una dolcezza fruttata, data dai pezzi di mela e dai fiocchi di carota, e da un tocco di freschezza conferitole dalle foglie di eucalipto, dalla lemon grass, pezzi di tangerino e una nota di ibisco. I pezzi di barbabietola donano il loro colore intenso all´infuso, assieme a una leggera sfumatura nel gusto che ricorda vagamente la terra bagnata. Le fette di arancia liofilizzate completano ed esaltano a livello visivo il fresco sapore di agrumi di questa perfetta composizione.
