On popular demand we are offering this Chai as a black tea version without any flavoring. This creation is softer than its flavored brother, but also very convincing indeed. Ingredients: black tea, cinnamon pieces, aniseeds, ginger bits, black pepper, cloves, chicory roots, cardamom seeds, cardamom (whole).

 3-5 minutes  100° C  4-5 cuillères à café bombée/ 1 litre
