Thé vert Bio Darjeeling GFTGFOP1 Jasmine Arya DE-ÖKÖ-003
According to ancient recordings, this garden was founded in 1865 by Buddhist monks and was christened "Sidrabong". Its current name "ARYA" means "high esteem". The plantation is situated close to the city of Darjeeling and produces high quality black and green teas as well as limited amounts of white and Oolong specialities at an altitude of up to 1,800 m. The production of green Jasmine teas like the one we are presenting here has started only recently using traditional methods. The green, well-worked leaf unfolds a clear and strong character with a grassy flavour in the cup, which is unmistakable: Jasmine!

Thé vert Darjeeling FTGFOP Rohini
The river of Rohini on whose banks this growing region is located, gave its name to the tea garden Rohini. Since some 80 per cent of the tea bushes in this garden have been newly planted in 1996, it is considered the youngest in Darjeeling. In 2000, the factory commenced its operation and is processing high qualities ever since. The class of this plantation reflects in the lot we have chosen. Our quality shows a regularly worked Sinensis leaf which is of an intense green color with silvery tips. A wonderful specialty from the Nuwara Eliya District. The abbreviation LL stands for long leaf, the letters ZM are the initials of the tea master of this plantation. The grey-green, tender, matt leaf is slightly curly and resembles the Chinese Chun Mee. Thé vert Java PS Sunda Purwa
Indonesia not only offers the classic black teas on Sumatra and Java, but also excellently produced green teas. In the mid 19th century the green tea production was commenced around the city of Bandung. In Kiwidey, a little to the south of Bandung, the "Sunda Purwa" is harvested and produced almost year-round. This coarse Pekoe-type is made from medium leaves and is a very down-to-earth variety with an excellent value for money. It impresses with an expressive body and intensive flavour even after having been infused a couple of times.
