Cookie Specialities

Fattoria Casanova

This small business of handmade goods, situated in the heart of Tuscany, is headed by the three sisters Niccolina, Giovanna and Serena and goes a long way to making sure that almost lost scents and flavours from ancient times are brought back to life. Quality as their philosophy, dedication for their work and a love for tradition are the fundaments of their business. In order to rediscover the roots of good cookies, a search for old, original recipes was undertaken. Thanks to this, we can now again enjoy the wonderful flavours and tastes of these exceptional biscuits. The cookies distinguish themselves particularly due to their simple, pure ingredients which are in perfect harmony with each other. Premium quality made in Italy. All cookies are produced without any added preservatives or colourings.

Shortbread House of Edinburgh

Shortbread is traditionally at home in Scotland and can be described as a type of pastry made from butter, sugar, flour, rice flour or starch. On the British Isles, this popular type of cookie is often offered at the traditional “Tea Time”. This small family bakery, situated in Scotlands capital, has been awarded with the Great Taste Award more than 30 times already. All pastries are exclusively made by hand and according to traditional methods. Mechanical production is avoided by all means in order to ensure the unique taste and the very special texture. Only the finest ingredients are used to make these tempting cookies.

Mania – Le Indimenticabili

With the products of the company “Mania” we seek to revive the tradition and pureness of making bonbons. The focus hereby lies on almost forgotten sweets of past times which have been replaced by the mass ware of today. The search for traditional recipes of these rarities was done by this company just as carefully as the subsequent making of the sweets. In order to document this, not only the optic, but also the taste had to be according to tradition. Hence, each bonbon has a history to tell and surprises and impresses with a pure, almost forgotten taste.

Ginger

Not all ginger is the same. Anyone who has tasted different ginger products will be able to confirm this. While many products scare the consumer away due to their fibrous, almost woody consistence, there are only few which can convince with their quality. With our ginger sticks, any expert will be delighted. Excellent raw materials, experience and tradition are characteristic for these products based on exceptional chocolate art. A delicate, smooth consistence promises the typical, full-flavoured taste with a mild spiciness. The fine chocolate coat completes this incomparable taste experience. A similar success was experienced by the exquisite ginger bons. The company Buderim was originated in the 1940s in Australia, the home of ginger, and has now developed to being the largest producer of ginger refined with sugar with a market share of 60%. We are offering one of the reasons for this success in its original packaging: a soft bonbon with a balanced sweetness and the typical, not too imposing spiciness of the ginger. An indulgence for all ginger lovers. This range is now supplemented by the gummy bears “Ginger Bears” and the “Hot Ginger” for an exceptionally spicy-sweet enjoyment. New on the market this year is the Ginger Refresher also by the company Buderim. It is a high-yielding ginger syrup, which becomes a delicious refreshment when mixed with prosecco, tonic water, juices or simply with mineral water. A real novelty on the market!
