Wellness
Wellness has grown in importance over the last few years. Behind the term
wellness you can find a desire for relaxation from our world today
which is often characterised by stress and time constraints. The search
for relaxation, quietness and harmony is understood as representing
spirit, body and soul.
Independent from this word formation, the tea has always counted as
harmony providing since the preparing and drinking of tea was used to
relax and represent a calm period of time within the hectic world of
today. Additionally to this harmony, the substances which are contained
in the tea also have a special meaning. Many ingredients of tea are
known for their positive effects on the human body. Concentrated
versions of these substances can be found in herb- and ayurvedic teas
as well as the teas to which vitamins and other substances are added,
such as aloe vera and Ginseng.
